With a city as large and diverse as Tucson, there seems to be endless choices when it comes to real estate. Those looking for their first home have a lot of luck in Sunnyside or in Midvale Park. Homes in this area are available for $125,000 and some are even selling for far less. Many of these properties are variations on the bungalow design that one would frequently see with Arizona desert homes. Those used to a townhouse Mississauga may be very intrigued by these styles, but those from the area would feel right at home in either of these great neighborhoods.

Starr Pass is a great region a little away from the city where you can take advantage of many different home styles.
